The Client Company unconditionally guarantees that any elements furnished to GoGreater Branding & Marketing for inclusion in the project are owned by the Client Company or that the Client Company has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. The Client Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GoGreater Branding & Marketing, its directors, officers, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from any third-party claims related to the use of materials furnished by the Client Company for inclusion in the project. The Client Company also agrees to indemnify GoGreater Branding & Marketing against any claims or suits arising from non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
